- Roasted spiced salmon with dill mustard sauce and lettuce
- Celery-pear salad with walnuts and sour cream, served with smoked duck breast
- Pumpkin cream soup with pumpkin seeds and oil served with toasted sourdough
Main dishes:
- Slow cooked organic lamb shank with rosemary, thyme and honey, merlot sauce and creamy potato mash
- Wild pepper with forest mushroom, hazelnut buttons
- Grilled organic chicken with pan fried mushroom with thyme and mashed potato (NGCI)
- Fish filet of the day on creamy potato mash with Saffron sauce (NGCI)
- Ravioli with figs, walnuts, oven tomatoes and lettuce (vegetarian)
